The Opportunity
Client Service is a crucial role; you'll connect our internal specialists to plan and execute strategic media campaigns that drive performance. As the Account Manager, you are the central partner who guides clients toward achieving their business objectives through close collaboration with our digital, offline media, and marketing analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Client Service lead, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients and lead projects with a team of experts in various media channels and custom analytics:
  • Teamwork & Relationships - Build strong professional relationships through close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and agency partners.
  • Team Leadership - Lead the internal team, agency resources, and workflow process to ensure cohesive and consistent client and team collaboration.
  • Project Leadership - Own projects from start to finish, including briefing and detailed execution. Manage project quality, including scheduling, reporting, and communication, to deliver strategic campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Financial Oversight - Manage overall portfolio fiscal responsibility, including project estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Media Knowledge - Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of, and keen interest in, both digital and offline paid media channels.
  • Data Curiosity - Be naturally interested in and curious about analytics and campaign results.
  • Client Strategy - Develop trusted client partnerships and provide strategic counsel on media, business objectives, and the competitive environment.
  • Growth Support - Contribute to business growth by supporting new business initiatives and company promotion.
 
Required Experience & Skills
  • Relevant Post-secondary degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in media, marketing, business, or communications. Agency experience is an asset
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
  • Mastery of Google tools (sheets, slides, docs, meet, Gemini AI), and the ability to build and lead presentations. You must be comfortable with numbers and budget management.
  • Clear understanding of the role and fundamentals of different media channels and reporting analytics. You must enjoy diving into data and reporting to help the team identify actionable insights.
  • Clear communicator, someone who enjoys presenting, practices active listening, takes notes, can articulate a strong viewpoint, while approaching conversations with empathy.
