Role Overview
Client Service is an important role at Vovia that brings all the key people together to plan and execute strategic media campaigns to drive performance. The Marketing Account Manager will manage a portfolio of Vovia clients, understanding their needs and supporting them, with the help of the greater Vovia team, in achieving their business objectives. You will work in partnership with our internal digital and offline media specialists and marketing analytics team members.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll manage a portfolio of clients and lead projects with a team of experts in various media channels and custom analytics.
- Teamwork - Work in close collaboration with internal teams, clients and agency partners to develop strong professional relationships
- Project Management - Multi-tasker with a keen eye for details. Project management is a must have strength, this includes expertise with spreadsheets and budgets
- Digital and Offline Paid Media - Fundamental understanding and keen interest in paid media channels.
- Analytics - Interested and curious about analytics and campaign results.
About the Role
Reporting to the Client Service lead, the Account Manager works with our team of digital and
offline marketers, analysts, and strategists to plan and execute client campaigns. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients and project lead campaigns of varying sizes and complexity, from inception to execution and insights. You’ll provide strategic guidance and lead all facets of marketing campaigns including budgeting, team briefings and project management. A key component of this role is communication, developing trusted client relationships and collaboration with the internal team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building client partnerships by learning the business and managing the day-to-day client relationship, providing them with strategic counsel relating to media, their business, and the competitive environment
- Leading the internal team, agency resources, and workflow process ensuring team and client collaboration is healthy, cohesive and consistent
- Responsible for quality project management including scheduling, reporting and communication to deliver strategic campaigns on time and on budget
- Overall fiscal responsibility for projects including estimating, budgeting and forecasting
- Support the leadership team by assisting in new business initiatives and company promotion
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Relevant Post-secondary degree required
- 3+ years of media, marketing or communications related experience
- Demonstrated project management skills, strong ability to multitask and manage details
- Highly collaborative nature coupled with strong communication skills and the ability to bring internal colleagues and external clients together to work towards a common goal
- Energized by a fast-paced and constantly changing environment that embraces growth and innovation
- Mastery of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel. Ability to build and lead presentations. Clear understanding of the role and fundamentals of different media channels and reporting analytics
