Role Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Account Coordinator to join our Client Service team. This person will work closely with a Client Service lead on a portfolio of Vovia clients. You will work in partnership with our internal digital and offline media specialists and marketing intelligence team members. Client Service is an important role at Vovia that brings all the key people together to plan and execute strategic media campaigns to drive performance and growth for our clients.

About the Role
The Marketing Account Coordinator will report into a Senior Account Manager on the Client Service team and work alongside Vovia’s internal digital and offline marketing specialists, business strategists and media analysts. You’ll be assigned to a portfolio of clients and have a senior lead who will help guide strategic planning of media campaigns. You will support the execution of paid media campaigns of various sizes and complexity from inception to performance reporting. This encompasses all facets of paid media project management including briefings, workflow, timelines, approvals, analytics reporting and financial health. - Project Management - Skilled project management is a must have to be successful in this role. This includes being able to:
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage budgets, prioritize deliverables and deliver strategic campaigns on time for several clients at once.
- Facilitating the internal team workflow to ensure everyone is clearly informed on expectations and deliverables; working collectively towards a common goal in a healthy, cohesive and consistent manner.
- Overall fiscal responsibility for projects including estimating and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft project tools like Sheets/Excel. Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Organized – Demonstrate you have a high level of organization for efficiency.
- Detail Orientated – Demonstrate you have a keen eye for detail and always quality check your work and others as needed.
- Digital and Offline Paid Media - Demonstrate you have a fundamental understanding of paid media, and are jazzed by established, existing and emerging channels because that is the core of what we do.
- Analytics - Demonstrate your interest and curiosity about analytics and data. It is crucial to learn and understand how campaign performance impacts client’s business results.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Relevant post-secondary degree required.
- 1-2 years of marketing or communications related experience.
- Demonstrated project management skills, ability to multitask and manage details.
